Stock vs. Custom Designs
Stock Designs are solid as a reduced price; these are the designs that are shown currently on the site. Stock designs can be modified to suit your event style, but ONLY in the way of the names/initials, date, and colors. The first set of proofs will be sent our within 2 business days of payment unless we advise you otherwise, and are limited to 3 proof changes. If any additional changes are required such as font, layout, ect. or you are desiring a combination of in-stock designs, the design then becomes a custom design and the price will be increased. If you first purchase a stock design, then request a custom design an invoice will be sent out for the difference, before moving on to making the next set of proofs.
Custom Designs are created based on your inspiration, style, and specifications. Custom wedding monograms start at $27 and varies depending on the complexity of your request.
Print vs. Digital Design
LW Design offers two ways in which you can purchase designs. The first is through a digital design. If you choose to purchase a digital design, LW Design will create the design and send it via
email. You will recieve a PDF of the design that you can then print yourself. All digital files will be sent via email; therefore, there is not charge for shipping.
The second option is print designs. On a print design, LW Design will create your invitation, save the date, annoucement, stickers, or return address lables, then send them to you for approval. Once the design is approved, the printing process will begin. If you choose to print through LW Design the cost of shipping will be charged. (Please note, once approval is done no changes can be made once printed.)
Proofs
Proofs will be sent out in 2 to 7 business day, unless we advise you otherwise (this is determined by the size and intensity of the design project). You, the client, must approve the proof before any printing begins (if choosing to print with LW Design).
Digital File Formats
The final digital files will be sent via email, JPG or PNG format, depending on the client’s preference. However, if the client requests their files in EPS, AI, PDF or PSD formats, there will be an additional charge for each file type.
Payments
Paypal or Credit is the only methods that are accepted, for payment. No proofs will be provided until the payment is received. If choosing to print with us, your prints will not be sent out until the balance is paid in full.
Refunds
Unfortunately, LW design does not offer refunds. I will work with you to ensure you are very pleased with your purchase. The Invoice for any custom design will be agreed upon before the process will begin. All designs will be created with your specifications and you, the client, will approve the proofs. If choosing to print with LW Design, please notify us if an item is received damaged within 3 business days, this will be taken care of by an equal exchange of items.
Shipping
All digital files will be sent via email, there is not charge for shipping on these items. However, if choosing to print with LW Design, all shipping charges will be quoted ahead of time, and will be applied to your initial payment. Your package will be sent out US Mail, UPS, or FedEx, based on the time and best price for you as the client.
